WTO dispute expert panel on China’s auto parts appealed by EU, U.S. and Canada submitted its mid-term report to the relevant parties on February 13, 2007. China is studying the report earnestly now and prepares to submit comment opinion to the panel. China shows respect to the dispute settlement procedure and will not comment on the report before the final ruling is made by the expert panel.
