Shell (China) Limited and its associated companies in China decided to increase the total donation to RMB10m, and through the help of China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation this donation will support the earthquake relief work in Sichuan.

In addition, CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited and its employees contributed RMB3m to disaster areas; Shell Tongyi Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd. donated materials and money of nearly RMB400, 000 to the earthquake-stricken areas; Shell Hong Kong donated HKD100, 000; lubricating oil department of Shell China provided the dealer in Chengdu with RMB200, 000 practical goods, and it will also carry out a donation at Dealers’ National Assembly at the end of May.
